The Rose and Crown has recently become well known, at least locally, for the quality and value of its special meal deals. For some years it has had a bistro-type restaurant attached to the pub and now serving popular dishes from wide range of menu.
The pub and the restaurant, the latter in two rooms to the right of the main entrance, have traditional cosy pub décor and are run by exceptionally friendly staff. A pleasant looking pub, inside and out, offers en-suite accommodation and close to the crossroads in the centre of the village. There is a small carpark at the rear and room for more vehicles on the roads nearby.
Here at Rose and Crown, our aim is to provide excellent quality food and service to all our customers in a friendly atmosphere. Our menu is a blend of the ‘Best of British’, combined with exciting Mediterranean Cuisine, using only the finest local produce.
Time to time we organise Entertaintments and Theme nights, ie. Oriental Turkish Nights with Belly Dancer, Live performance of Professional Artists, you can check what is coming for those event in our website or give us a ring to find out what's on.
Tuesdays are our popular BIG quiz night presented by John. You can win wine, beer, chocolates and cash jackpot price up to £200.
